"They did a change if transmission fluid and filter change for us. We dropped it off at 8:30am, and it wasn't finished until 5:30pm. Still, I would have given them 5 stars, but when they were done, they parked our car in the parking lot with all the windows wide open and the car unlocked. I was upset because we have a backup camera monitor, dashcam, and tools in the vehicle. Anyone walking by could have helped themselves to whatever they wanted."

The diagnosis wasn't good but I got a call within a few hours with a detailed explanation and a fair estimate for repair. I would absolutely come back, although I hope I don't have to."
