"I was referred by America’s Tire to brake masters after my steering wheel, turned slightly right after a tire rotation. $336 later, and a return trip, because the steering wheel was still to the right, and it still wasn’t fixed, and the inside of my car had shop grime all over it from the technician test drive, terrible. I guess I’ll see what Dave’s Wheel Alignment can do. 11-7-23 Dave's undid my America's Tire tire rotation(after which the problem was first noticed) and it went away. Solution, a bad tire. Dave's suggested a new set and then if need be return for another inspection."

Upon encountering this alarming situation, I promptly contacted the front desk at Brake Masters #188, where Mr. Adrian kindly assured me that the company would cover the cost of the necessary repairs and expressed sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Subsequently, I sent an email containing all the supporting documents, including the total repair costs discussed during our conversation. However, I have been met with disappointment and resistance from Brake Masters #188 in taking responsibility for this incident and reimbursing me for the expenses incurred due to the negligence during the service. Mr. Adrian, the representative I spoke to, conveyed that he is only a messenger and that the company has made a firm decision not to cover the full cost of the repairs, suggesting they could have fixed the car for less money. It's important to emphasize that my car is brand new, and I relied on Brake Masters due to their licensing and reputation for quality service. I want to stress the gravity of this situation: the service provided by Brake Masters #188 was not only inadequate but also potentially endangered the integrity of my vehicle's engine and, most importantly, my safety. While no immediate engine damage has been observed, we are still conducting drive tests on the car to ensure its ongoing safety and performance. Despite my attempts to contact Brake Masters through both messages and calls to corporate, I have received no response.
