"So far this place is AMAZING! IDK about other locations but Reed, the general manager is absolutely WONDERFUL! He is patient and understanding that a collision is scary and dealing with him was like having a friend walk me through it all! The Temescal Valley, Ca location is fairly new to this company I guess. All I know is that it was clean, well lit and well organized. Customer service thus far is top notch. The dealt with the tow, car rental and my insurance all so I didn’t have to.
