"!PLEASE GO TO THIS SHOP! I went through a few different shops in the area who turned me away. And I was beginning to feel hopeless until I spoke to Robert and Jessica w/ 2020 Auto. I was rear ended and pushed into another vehicle. Needed my front and rear end replaced. They even repaired prior “fixed” areas that a previous shop did. They worked with my insurance (State Farm) And now my 2018 Mustang GT has never looked better and I will suggest everyone to contact 2020 Auto. Amazing work and amazing service."

"Like it never even happened! I was a bit skeptical about having my truck repaired here since they are not part of the Farmers Insurance network, but I decided to roll the dice with them since they were the only auto body shop that would work with me in coordinating the repair. Robert, the manager, told me that once he got approval from Farmers to do the repair he would order the parts and let me keep my truck until he was ready to start working on it. Everyone else told me that I had to leave my truck with them before they would even get around to ordering the parts. He also said that if I brought it in on a Monday it would be finished by Friday. He was true to his word. Once he received the parts I brought my truck in the following Monday and picked it up on Friday. I couldn’t be happier with the results. My truck looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Not only did he repair the damage covered by my Insurance, but he also repaired, at no extra cost, several small dents that I hadn’t even noticed until Robert pointed them out. Nobody ever wants to be a repeat customer at a collision repair shop, but if I ever need future repairs I don’t need to look anywhere else. I am a customer for life. Thanks for taking care of me and making everything as painless as possible!"

It was 5:30 pm and Peggy answered my call. She helped me called an towing car and she came in person to gave me a ride home. I am so thankful.
