"!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Sold me a set of faulty headlights. Cheap garbage from Taiwan with terrible wiring. Didn't work right out of the box. Instead of helping me, they are fighting me on the return. Amazon gave me a label and was supposed to send out a fresh set. However, that isn't happening for a couple weeks. My old headlights aren't working and now I don't have the new set. So my only means of transportation is out of commission. I will be contacting the better business bureau and the Fair Trade Commission. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR G-FORCE USA. DON'T BUY SPEC-D PRODUCTS."

"Starting to believe this is a 3rd party company posing as a main manufacturer. Beware I believe something fishy is going on here because there are to many reviews of people not getting their things and I just had ups say they dropped it off but nothing was there. Going thru the investigation process now. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!"

"Ordered veloster aftermarket headlights after 3 months they started falling apart daytime running lense was falling off called and of course warranty has past and bulbs it comes with are junk. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE OF ITEMS."

"I called and asked if a front bumper was available for me to test for before purchase, and they told most it would be drop shipped. I placed my order on Friday morning and a shipping label was not made until 8pm on Monday. Then my part was due to arrive at my house on Tuesday the same week, only for it to be delayed until Thursday. I checked the location for part AND IT WAS IN STOCK AT THEIR WAREHOUSE. They never bothered to check their stock after I asked if it was there. Lo and behold I received my part one week later, which could have been purchased and picked up same day. Not to mention the part doesn’t fit my vehicle. I’m not even gonna ask for a refund, their negligence and incompetence has proven how garbage this company handles things. Wanna buy car parts? Don’t go here. You’ll have better luck with literally any other brand/store/site."

"I ordered a pair of side mirrors to my Honda civic! Got a wrong item! I call the customer service and ask to send me a part that missing and one of the representatives, her name Danelle! told me that I have to first send them back a wrong parts I got from them and only after I will get the one I pay for! I told her that I can't go anywhere now because I'm from New York and everything close due to COVID 19! So will definitely send the wrong parts back as soon as I can! I tried explain to her that it's not my fault that I got a wrong items! So why should I have to put my life in to risk and go to the crowded main post office in the time of COVID19? Company made mistake and they should fix that! On top of everything I just described, Danelle just hung up the phone! I tried to call again and as usually all representatives were busy!!!! 3 right mirrors!!! Should just one left and one right!! Thank you!!!"
