"Our car was experiencing an oil leak in the middle of a road trip, and it was proving illusive to diagnose. It took a fair amount of work, but Cypress managed to find it and fix it, and they managed to do it significantly under the original quoted amount. I'm seriously surprised, we rolled in with some advice from our home mechanic (who specialized in our brand of car), they listened, answered questions, and were very patient with us as we took time to talk through our options and make decisions. I don't typically expect mechanics to be that gracious to folks who roll in saying thing like "Hey my home mechanic says you should..." I cannot imagine how annoying that must be. Nevertheless, they treated us very well and we're happy with the repairs. The car made it all the way back home (a 1,100 mile trip) without any problems."
