"Just bought new tires because there was a vibration on my vehicle, they recommended new tires, after installation the vibration was worse, I went to a different mechanic, he said this place did not balance the tires at all and the cause of the vibration was a wheel bearing, this place does not care about the customer they just want to sell you stuff. Unbelievable. They even suggested that a strut replacement was needed... Thieves"

"Came in as a short notice to get my new TPMs reprogrammed. Initially went to 2 stores where they insisted on removing my old TPMs from my OEM wheels to these aftermarket wheels. Now, that will run a risk on breaking the tpm, scratching and bending the rim. So when I came here, Hovo, tried a different approach and took care of me and tried their scanner. While I was speaking with him, found out how a car enthusiast he is and knows what he’s talking about. Easy to talk to and have the correct and professional recommendations. Anyways, after speaking with him,!my problem vanished and correct by these gentlemen. Highly recommend to all car enthusiasts to come here."

"A big shout out to Mr. William Aoki and his staff! I brought in my vehicle for a popped tired, but ended up saving money instead. Let me explain. My vehicle had notified me of low tire pressure on my front-left tire. At first, I thought maybe it needed air so I stopped by a gas station to refill it. The next day after driving around for a bit I noticed that the same low tire pressure warning came on. At this point, I assumed that my tired was punctured and had a slow leak so I stopped by the Discount Tire near my work. Mr. Aoki kindly greeted me accepted my vehicle for service. Mr. Aoki and his team later discovered that my vehicle did not have a puncture, but instead the valve steams were loose. They proceeded to check and ensure all valve stems where tighten. In the end, Mr. Aoki did not charge me a single penny. The attention to detail and integrity they showed is the reason why I am writing this review. I feel that any other tire shop would have missed checking the valve stems and I would be down $220 on a tire replacement. Again, I cannot thank Mr. Aoki and his team enough for thinking about the customer first. Thank you!"

"My brother-in-law highly recommended this place and I understand why. Will, the manager there was very cordial and friendly. He was able to figure out the problem I was having by showing me the troublesome tire and offered replacement tires and a wheel alignment if needed. He also was able to point out another underlying issue but I chose to deal with the immediate one. They were able to get everything done in about an hour and a half after the diagnosis, which made my day. Overall, I was very pleased with the customer service and would highly recommend Discount Tire Centers in Cypress for your tire needs!"
