"Got some tires at the connected tire spot and needed an alignment so they said they could do it there. The alignment time and cost was about standard, however I noticed my driver door had a lot of grime on it afterward as if the tech worked on my car, got his gloves filthy, then didn't bother to take them off after entering my car. I had to clean it off myself very annoying and unprofessional in my opinion for that reason I probably won't return"

"Brought brand new Tesla Model 3 for 19” wheels and tires with a staggered setup. Also calipers front and rear. Also lowered the car 1.4” to achieve almost a 2” drop. Alignment as well after 100 miles after the car settles. Amazing work, had me done in 5 hours and the car looks amazing. Mike walked me through the order process and guided me to ensure what I wanted would work and not void my warranty. Thank you A++"

"Please take a minute to read my review as I don’t leave reviews unless I feel that a place really deserves some special recognition. LSD is one of those places where I have full confidence that I can walk away, and whatever I ask of will be performed to the highest degree. With that said, I’m in the trucking industry and deal with shops and technicians on a daily basis; I’m able to distinguish between whose knowledgeable, who performs good work in a timely manner, and who charges appropriately. Most importantly, I’m able to distinguish between who stands behind their work/product(s), as well as who advocates/pushes for good customer service/relations. LSD checks everything off on that list and on top of that, goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right the first time. I’ve got a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 HD that like my big trucks, I only trust it with certain shops/technicians. Mike, the owner of LSD, and his guys are extremely professional, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I was in the market for a new set of tires for the truck and explained to Mike that I needed something that wouldn’t take away from the truck’s full functionality, practicality, and/or capability. If anything, I wanted to enhance either one, or all of those aspects. As a result, Mike advised I go with a set of Federal Xplora M/T (Mud Terrain) tires. I would say Mike’s advice led to one of the best upgrades the truck received as it handles perfectly unloaded/loaded/towing on both pavement and off-roading, rides nice, and really gives it that aggressive look. The pricing of the tires and installation was well within reason. Recently, I needed a tire rotation performed, and even though LSD’s schedule was extremely busy, Mike managed to find some time to perform the rotation. Overall, this is the place to go to if you’re looking for quality work, as well as quality customer service. Whether it be suspension, performance, or even preventative maintenance related work, Mike and his guys have got you covered. For Southern California, LSD has really great/competitive pricing. In case you’re wondering, Amsoil is available here and used in the shop. At LSD, quality products such as Amosil result in quality service. On a side note, I’M NOT SUGAR COATING ANY OF THIS. This place really earned my business, and most importantly, respect."
