"Watch out! Friendly, but total scam. My wife was hearing some squeeking in the breaks on a cold/wet day. So I took the car in to check the break pads and was ALMOST taken advantage of. I was told my pads were low, and my rotors thin. I was told both needed to be replaced and it would cost $750. Price felt too high and the rotor replacement seemed weird since my pads were already low on mileage (25,000miles since my last break pad change). I decided to take my car to Allen Tire Company, they checked it out and said break pads and rotors were fine. No need for replacement yet. They sent me on my way no charge. This was then backed up later in the year when I took my car to Timmons Subaru for a separate repair. Even after the dealerships inspection it was noted my break pads and rotors were fine. The dealership wants to charge me for a bunch of other crazy repairs, but nothing related to break pads or rotors. They were friendly, but the price and extents of what they wanted to replace turned me off. Glad it did, because nothing was wrong with the car."
