"I first made a phone call in and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Adrian he is one of the managers. Adrian was very knowledgeable. Understood what I was talking about and gave me many options and choices on what I needed to do. He just didn’t stick me with one price Which I really liked. Because I didn’t feel pressured. He made me feel really comfortable. Sometimes going to the mechanic would be intimidating but this was not the case at Mountain View tire Adrian was very professional and allowed me to clearly understand everything that was going on and I understood my options. Upon entering the facility, very clean, all the staff was very friendly. Where I was met by a man named Bruce. Bruce talked me through a few more options and did a couple up sales that weren’t pressured but made sense because the car was already up on the Stands so they suggested some things that should be done while it’s up there.
