"On Aug 11, 2023 my car did not turn on. The car wouldn't crank. so I decided to call a mobile mechanic the next day. On Aug 12 Around noon, I call a mobile mechanic to come and diagnose my vehicle and see what the problem was. Eduardo Rodriguez who I found on the internet as R.E.A.L Mobile Mechanic shows up at 6-7pm To give me a diagnostic even though he stated at noon he stated he could be there in 2 hours. Once arrived Eduardo Stated that the problem was the starter and quoted me at $760.00. That's $360 for original OEM part and $400 for labor. I paid $360 on Aug 12 to start the transaction. Aug 14 he said he'll get the part by noon. He ends up texting that the shop gave him the wrong starter and in 1 1/2 hours he would get the right one. so I waited all day for him and no reply. He completely ghosted me all day Tuesday Aug 14, then on Aug 15 I asked for a refund and he explained to me that he has the part and if I wanted a refund I will need to pay the 20% restocking fee. I told him if he has the part lets just do the work with no funny business. Aug 16-17 he ghost me again and I had to get the La Palma police involved due to him picking up my keys from my cousin on Aug 15 so for 2 whole days he wasn't communicating with no one and kept making excuse about this car and phone. on Aug 17 late evening he came by and again stated that they gave him the wrong starter and did a half as job and left the car intake manifold and filter disassembled. On Aug 18 he came back with correct starter and started doing the work. On that day I paid him because he said that he was only doing the starter and there's another problem its not his problem since I only asked for the starter to get fixed very rudely. which is incorrect I paid for a diagnostic to get to the root of the problem and he specified that it was the starter. On Aug 22 I then had to get a tow and take it to a shop who explained that Eduardo brutally ripped out my crank shift sensors which is located underneath the starter and that the reason my car didn't start after he installed the starter which was the only problem the car had. The wire was just hanging out side the sensor slot. Eduardo did not specify that he damaged the crank shift sensor and sneakily tried to just put everything back together and blamed it on something else and say nothing! Eduardo did not know what he was doing. I would not trust him. He's a liar, a scam artist and has no professionalism in him. He cost me to spend an extra $168 in towing plus another $675.22 on Repairs for crank shift sensor and labor paid on Aug 24. The shop also looked up the part number for the Starter and it was only $198 not $360 like stated ( I even asked for proof of purchase and he never gave me one). I have reported him too BBB (Better Business Bureau®) I have proof of text, and Invoices and Photos of the work. I repeat do not trust him. better off getting AAA and towing it to a trusted shop. He's a snake and a complete flake. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Lesson learned and I wouldn't want anyone to deal with him at all. I hope you see and get no business from anyone."

"I have very much respect for this guy, in a sunny day my g8 broke down and I pulled into a car wash with a dragging wheel. This man with no hesitation told me that he can fix it, a person who is willing to work is a person who deserves it all. He took around 30 minutes and my car was running all good.
