No matter what the make of your car, or the problem, they are able to analyze it and determine what’s wrong. The owner will call you every time before they even start repairs, give you the budget and the list for approval, tell you everything that’s wrong with the car… They also monitor your car and send you regular reminders for smog, oil change, cooling… and coupons! They can also provide you with a free car wash at the end of all the repairs! As I say, the best car service facility in Los Angeles!"

"Brought my vehicle in, explained symptoms as felt on FREEWAY. Left the vehicle hoping they would test drive on FREEWAY. Left for a bit, came back and was told “new rear shocks will take care of that.” Trusting the owner (big mistake) I allowed them to replace the rear shocks. Now after paying $398 the vehicle is not close to fixed. When I came back to pickup the vehicle, I noted the owner leaving to test drive the vehicle. He drove it straight into side streets, so I know he never once went on freeway. Perhaps if he had taken the extra time to drive the vehicle on the FREEWAY the issue could of been diagnosed and repaired correctly. Now I am out $398 and still have a un-repaired vehicle. And like the other reviews I can hear the calls to customer explaining so called “bad news” with high quotes. Beware typical scumbag shop!"
