"Came here for a SMOG test. John, the owner, was a nice enough guy but he performed the SMOG test knowing it would fail because my SERVICE ENGINE SOON light was on which automatically fails the test. I didn't know this before hand and he didn't inform me. So feeling ripped off due to the lack of up front honesty, I took my business elsewhere despite having 15 days to repair the problem and return for a free re-test."
