"I went to budget auto repair, I called in advanced and the person on the phone told me a quote of $850, and he insisted to bring it in and they’d take care of me. (Yes I got second opinions, and they said around the same price) So I did go with them, and they had my car for 3-4 days, and I received a call from them saying “it was a mistake, the price is going to be $1,750” almost $1,000 more. When I said I couldn’t pay that and explained that I was quoted a different price, they pretended that it did not exist. And they tried to charge me $500 just to get my car released. And that basically twisted my arm to go with their services. When I get my car, it’s okay for 2 days, the check engine light comes on and starts running funny. I take it back and they say it’s a new problem, and they did not see this problem in their “diagnostic” just a couple of days ago. So now I’ve spent that much on getting my car fixed and it magically has new problems right after leaving this business. And while I was there i heard someone from management stating they were having really slow business, and they were struggling. And I do not believe in coincidences. I would not recommend this auto shop to anyone, and would hate for this to happen to someone else that would be willing to pay and them being taken advantage of because they think they can just do what they want. Just stay clear"

"I pulled up to Budget Auto and a technician immediately came out to greet me. My front headlight had burned out and he replaced it in less than five minutes. I had put off getting it fixed for some time because I thought it was going to take long. Even though there were a slew of cars being worked on he got this simple task done and I was on my way, and it was a great price as well. I am definitely coming here when I have more serious car trouble."
