"This place is trash. Gerry is completely disrespectful and incompetent. My mom (a long time customer) brought her car here because it was giving her some trouble and he misdiagnosed what was wrong. She then had to bring it back because the issue wasn't resolved. Upon her getting her car back the second time she noticed the check engine light was on and showed it to him and he started acting a fool and not helpful at all. He started raising his voice and yelling and told her not to come back and just completely rude! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Don't waste your time or money coming here."

"This place deserves half a star do not be fooled by fake reviews this guy is dishonest arrogant conniving and rude. I came here months ago asking him for help with my check engine light making it clear I needed to pass smog. I paid him $370 to fix the smog pump. My car is not passing smog indicating I need a smog pump. When I brought it to his attention he laughed and told my my car would never pass smog because of main computer errors. Not only did this guy take my money knowing My wouldn’t pass smog he will not do anything about my check engine light still being on he’s still lying saying it’s a computer problem Ive had my computer checked I’ve been to the dealership multiple mechanics and smog stations everyone advises me to go back to the person who put it on and make sure it’s on properly which he wont do don’t waste your time or money at this place"
