"Frank, Cham, and Rachel are all fantastic people at Star Auto. I’ve been taking my 2015 328i msport here for the past 5 years I’ve lived in LA and always received quality service on my vehicle and customer service is excellent as well. I wish they were open on weekends but it’s no big deal. I took my car to get a quote elsewhere that was close to my office for several repairs but Star AutoSport came in at half the cost. I’d 100% recommend to anyone but especially if you have BMW."

"A 2 week project turned into a 5 month project. Owner didn’t have mechanics to do the work. Always too busy and extremely disorganized. After 5 months of the owners false promises I took my services elsewhere. All to find out the work that was said to be complete was Mickey Moused. Now, paying a certified mechanic to do the work correctly. Owner is charming and charismatic but not organized and will take advantage (my opinion). Be careful using this mechanical shop. I would recommend getting other opinions. I am sad to write a review like this but after my bill was >8k and the work was not complete. I don’t want the next customer to have to go thru what I did."

"I came here last minute because my car broke down last night. Even though this place is usually by appointment only, Frank was able to accommodate and help me fix the problems in my car. I really do appreciate Frank helping me because I came from Port Hueneme and now I feel safe driving back. The customer service is excellent and the price was just right. Thank you Frank!!!"
