"I have left feeling robbed. I was with Keith for 10 minutes turning on and off my diesel truck because the issue is the fuel injection pump. I told him what was wrong and what I told him was what it is however, after 45 minutes of leaving the truck he calls to tell me the pricing. The pricing was astronomical and so I went to pick it up. $377 dollars later I got my keys. Apparently doing a diagnostic test is close to $400. I asked to speak to him but he wasn’t there he was at lunch. Apparently he charges 3hrs of work when the truck was t even there for that time. I’m glad I didn’t leave it there to get the repairs but I still feel taken advantage of."

"I question the reliability of any good reviews for this business. The service (or lack of service, I should say) my family has received from Keith's is beyond unacceptable. After paying over $1000, the issue was not fixed and when the vehicle was brought back to them immediately, they refused to do anything about it unless more money was paid. So after paying even more money and having to wait much longer than they said it would take, the issue was STILL NIT FIXED! They refused to do anything when the vehicle was once again immediately having the same exact issue that they had been paid to fix TWICE. We took it to a it to a DIFFERENT mechanic and had to pay the new mechanic to fix what Keith's had supposedly fixed but obviously did not fix. And guess what? The issue is now finally fixed. What a nightmare. Keith's is a dishonest place of business that does not do what they say they will, they kept our money TWICE and STILL NEVER FIXED ANYTHING. Plus the man there was rude."

"This place is a rip off.. went for overheating issue... Paid the inspection fee... They charged me close to 200 just to clean some "corroded" wires... Drove 15 mins after picking my car up and it still overheated. Next day I changed the thermostat myself and car is not overheating.. they couldn't figure that out????"

"I have visited Keith's three times now first to get an estimate for some thing second to check all my fluids because we had a crisis and third to deal with an issue with my radiator coolant. All three times they have been so courteous and helpful and they never even charged me for these minor issues. So far I am very happy with them."

"Came here to get my engine replaced for my Genesis Coupe and everything seemed fine until I got the car back. First issue that arrived was them not tightening all my coolant lines, and now less than 5k miles later the serpentine belt cracks, odd right. Well these guys didn't replace my old one which I specifically told them to replace because it was cracking and extremely worn. Now I have to spend more money to get it done. Highly recommend going to another shop if you want a good job done."
