Stowasser Buick GMC

"Bought a used car from them loved it!…. That was until 4 months later the car was completely dead. I had to jump it and take it to my nearest battery shop where they told me the battery in the car wasn’t even the correct battery meant for the car so it drained itself trying to keep up with it. Had to buy a new battery that was actually meant for the car just to take it home because it wouldn’t start at all. I talked to the sales manager who basically told me this happens sometimes and that I should have just took the car to THEM cause they can’t trust word of mouth from other mechanics??? For an issue that happens “sometimes” you would think they would eventually try and resolve the issue to prevent it from happening to more people. Aren’t YOU guys the one who sold me the car ? I trusted your word of mouth when you told me the car was ready to go. Anyways they won’t compensate me in any kind of way since I went to someone else which is okay I understand but thankfully the guys at Battery System helped me out super fast with a new battery. I will end this off by saying stowasser has some shady mechanics who aren’t properly checking the used cars they sell."
