"I never leave a bad review but I will never go here again. these guys will leave you hangin waiting for a tire and then be annoyed that your calling checking if your tire is there. Had I been a person who isn’t car savvy as my self I would have been stuck. Go to a real tire shop or anyone else, this place is a joke."

"Bad customer service, they told us to come in and we didn't need to make an appointment because there was no wait, once we got there, there was a 3 hour wait. They were not accommodating and the men gave me dirty looks when I asked where the office is. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! DO NOT RECCOMEND! Go to Santa Maria Wash and Lubs instead!!!!! WAY BETTER!!! THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!"

"My wife went to have two tires replaced on our vehicle. The technicians cancelled the appointment without any notification then argued with her for about an hour saying they couldn’t do the two tires because all four have to be replaced on all wheel drive cars. The thing is, our car is rear wheel drive. That was explained to them, yet they continued to deny service and acted condescending towards her. My wife is extremely knowledgeable about cars, but for whatever reason, the Walmart technicians didn’t pick up on that, probably because they’re idiots. Needless to say, the tires we bought from Walmart were loaded into the trunk of the car and installed at West Coast tires instead. West coast was great and had no issues installing the tires nor did they argue with my wife about which drivetrain option our car is equipped with."

"Good prices on tire. Good prices on brand oils. Auto care technicians VERY SLOW at oil changes. I'm a master mechanic and I get this day in and day out from new customers at my shop. I mean come on People change the oil AND filter .fill it up top off all the other fluids. . basic But if you want to spend about 45mins to an hour.... cool. And also if a vehicle doesn't REQUIRE to have full synthetic you don't have to downgrade Like they're dumb. Their choice of oil"
