They answered all my questions and helped me feel relaxed when I was there. I have been to other places and felt like I was in the wrong place by the attitude. I was ready to drive back to San Diego if I did not feel comfortable. I did not have that problem. No pressure, no extra sales just a friendly environment. They are under new management so don’t pay attention to the old bad reviews. They are a great bunch of people there. Check them out for your next car, I am glad I did."

"UPDATED 9/24/19: I finally got my money back (after almost 3 months), but only after posting a 1-star review. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Mullen Auto Sales Oceanside. I put down $450 as a partial deposit for a car, PENDING LOAN APPROVAL, and the loan fell through. I was given a receipt for my transaction, and when I asked for my deposit back, I was told that "corporate would send me a check" to reimburse me. It has been more than 2 months since I made that request, and I still don't have my money back. I and other family members have spent hours of time trying to contact different reps from Mullen Auto Sales, and several reps have told us that we will get our money back...but it hasn't happened, and I see now that other customers have had similar experiences. I am shocked - I really thought these guys would try hard to NOT be the stereotypical "used car dealership" that swindles people out of their hard-earned money, but sadly this is not the case. At this time, I would NOT recommend doing business with Mullen Auto Sales, to anyone...it is definitely not worth the risk. (however, I am open to editing this review, if my issue is resolved)"
