""I was at this shop this morning to rotate and align my car's tires. One of the lights on my car's dashboard read 'Tire system check” which was one of the reasons I went there in the first place. After a long wait, I was informed that I needed two new tires, mind you the code on the dashboard was never mentioned- I agreed to the purchase. After an even longer wait, the car was finally ready. I paid and got in the car, only to find out that not only was the 'tire system check light” on as expected but now the engine light was on as well. I called them back outside to verify why the engine light was on. I was told by the “Manager”there was a leak in my engine mind you it was never brought up to my attention while I was waiting. I brought the car in with one light on and now I'm leaving with two lights on the dashboard and a $800.00 bill. Please be aware of this place!"

"So, I bought an Interstate battery from Bog O tires two years ago and it started dying on me 6 months after I bought it. I took it back TWICE and they said it’s fine; just drive more. I did that and finally I got tired of calling roadside assistance every other day. I took it back to get it exchanged, and when I looked under my hood, they gave me some cheap off brand battery. AND! They charged me $50 .00 bucks for a 5 minute job!"

"TLDR: save your money and time, go elsewhere. Poor service for a simple oil change on a sedan car, that took them 3 hours. I was told 90 min which I already found a bit long. I've been given the reason they couldn't find the tire nut lock (clearly visible in the glove compartment), then later man-splained they have to de-assemble a panel. It took them 3 hours for an oil change on a sedan My guess is they actually started the job when I came back to check on the car after 90 min. They also found an excuse not to accept their website coupon. Bottom line, find another business."

"I am so thankful to Carlos and Brandon and want to publicly express my thanks and appreciation for them. Upon entry Carlos was so warm and welcoming despite being in the middle of working w a customer and dealing w a relentless string of phone calls. He handled every interaction with such care and empathy. I was blown away. It was 5pm, the shop was closing at 6p and everyone, it appeared, had an emergency he was helping them through. I was at the shell gas station across the street when I noticed a small bubble on my back right tire. I was elated to see your shop was directly across the street — Carlos could tell I was concerned about not knowing what to do bc I’m a new car owner (have always lived in cities where you don’t need a car) and taught me how the bubble was formed and the dangers of driving on a tire with one on it — especially since I lived a full hour away and would need to drive on multiple highways. He never pitched me for a sale — actually, he taught me how to read tire specs, and unlike my own dealership, told me my other tires were just fine. He made sure his shop team could accommodate me- advised me on the process, price, difference in tires (whether I wanted to purchase from your store or not) and what to look out for in the future. I felt safe. It’s my hope he’ll be in senior leadership at your shop or own his own. Brandon was assigned to my car - helped me find a solution to not knowing about (and later finding) my rim key, how long the process would take and what to look out for. He advised me on what to keep in mind in my next tire purchase and many other aspects of car ownership that displayed his deep knowledge of care maintenance and repair. It’s my hope he’ll lead your repair team one day or manage the shop’s ops - or own his own one day. I’d be remiss to not point out every single person in the Chino, CA Big O was extremely personable, professional, and helpful. Even though I arrived late in their day they all were oriented toward helping me and keeping me safe on the road. I’ll never forget it. Thank you, Carlos, Brandon and team. I appreciate you - so much so I may need to drive the 40 miles required to be helped by people I really trust."

"I’ve had my car serviced here many times and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. Everyone has been very accommodating and they work so fast! I don’t ever feel taken advantage of and I feel the workers are very transparent on what needs to be fixed and the cost."
