"I placed an online order on the pomona store. When i got there the employee there he told me that it wasnt ready yet and he didnt had it on stock. He called the chino Store and they told him that they had it in stock. I cancelled my order there and placed another order at the chino store #8901. When i got to the chino store i told the cashier that i was there for an online order without asking order number or name she told me in a very rude maner that it wasnt ready yet that it takes 30 min. Then i try to explain her that i came from the pomona store but she didnt let me finish and then asked for my name. I told her my name is Jose then very rude she said i have 2 joses then i gave her my last name. She happen to had my order rigth next to her. Yelitza made me feel like not to ever come back to this autoparts any more."

"I can always find what I need. When I am unsure the staff is quick to be helpful and kind. Their prices are pretty good... Not too expensive. I went in to pick up a headlight for my car and called to make sure it was in stock. The gentleman that answered was polite and let me know it was in stock. The store is always clean and fully stocked! Thanks everyone!!"

"Went to pick up an online order I made online a few minutes ago early because I was passing by and the woman with the purple hair acted like I asked her if she could co-sign a car for my unstable drug addict cousin. I already knew she was going to come back from the back mean as the Old Testament Lord but just for the hell of it I asked if they had a strut nut socket, I was going to explain why it wasn’t just an Allen went rod cause it was a kyb but by then I was so pissed I just walked out when I saw her google the part lol shot out to her tho it was kinda hilarious experience"
