"I initially came in to have a seat cleaned. Someone had urinated all over it and I called Luis to see if he had any availability to steam clean the seat. He squeezed me in between his other appointments since he knew that the longer I waited the more the smell would penetrate the seat. After the cleaning Luis gave some tips on how to keep the smell out and I’m happy to report that the car does not smell like pee. When I asked how much it would cost, he said not to worry about and that it wasn’t a big deal. I’d also been thinking about getting a ceramic coating so while getting the seat cleaned Luis gave me a detailed estimate. He went over every part of the process and broke down what he was going to do and how much it would cost. I went ahead and scheduled it and one month later I was at Diamond Detailing once again. I dropped off my car at 9am and Luis gave me ride back to my work. By 5pm the car was done and I went to pick it up. Luis and his team did an amazing job! I should mention that on top of the ceramic coating he had also offered throw in a wheel cleaning, interior detailing, and an engine bay cleaning for practically free. I took the deal and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From beginning to end Luis and the rest of the crew at Diamond Detailing where extremely attentive. They took care of my car as if it were their own. I was well informed throughout the whole process and I felt like I was really taken care of.
