"Very overpriced for an oil change especially with the price of synthetic dropping to near regular oil prices. As usual they always try to upsell you with overpriced services and MAKE you feel that they are necessary. I recommend going to your local mechanic over Jiffy Lube even though it is convenient, hence the reason for two stars instead of one star. Revised review The area manager Gene reached out to me after my review above and put things in perspective. It is the customers choice in the end and you shouldn’t base your opinion on price and more so on convenience and your time and after a survey of the area and local dealerships their prices are in line with the services they offer so I am changing my 2-star review to a 4-star review."

"Gentleman that greeted me was friendly and told me I needed to pay for my replacement windshield wipers before they could put them on. Went inside and ladies had rude tone stated I pay after service is done. The service was done fast and I was put of the in 15 minutes."

"Service was good. The shop was busy when I arrived so in took about an hour. I haven’t used Jiffy lube much in awhile. I was surprised I was charged for installing a new cabin filter when they already had to reinstall the old if I didn’t purchase a new one. And there was an extra charge for replacing the wiper blades. The tech didn’t mention a fee for either replacement other than the cost of the part."
