I returned my Accent for a recall (corporate was concerned about theft, so seeks to strengthen the ignition on the steering column), and was treated like I owned a Genesis. My service advisor, Nick Collins, gave me a warm welcome, walked me through what their tech will do to my car, and promised my car would be done asap. Even before I left, I had his text should I have any questions, and he'll text me once they are done. My vehicle was ready in less than a couple of hours, and at pick up, Nick also recommended a few service items for my car (oil change is close along with some new rubber soon). Nick, the service advisor was helpful - this was my first appointment after buying the car and I had a few questions about the operation of the EV which he quickly answered. I also had a concern about a back door molding seal which he examined and then ordered a new part. When the car was finished, I received a call and pick-up was straight forward. All good! I'll have to take it back when the part comes in, but Nick said I can just drop by and they'll install it while I wait."
