"My first 10 minutes I almost turned around and left. You really should have a welcoming sign saying come inside to check in or stay in car someone will be with you shortly. It is very important in business to acknowledge a person's presence. I’m sure no one will pay attention to this but it is important. Once I got over the rude greeting, everything went nicely the car was done sooner than I expected cost was within reason."

"I get excellent service BUT now they are charging 3% total bill if you pay with a credit card. I have been with this Honda since 2006 and this is the first time they have started doing this. The easiest way for people to pay especially when have your car serviced. I could see doing it for parts department but for when you’re paying a lot to have your car serviced and then they’re going to add 3% of your total, just for using a credit card. Not cool"
