"Got some new tires from Walmart and I decided to get them delivered to the store for installation. Everything went great but it did take more than the scheduled hr. It was about 2 hours to mount the new ones on. When I drove off with them I could feel a lot of shaking on my steering wheel and thought that was odd. Waited about a week and called them to see if they could help. Took it in when I was told and was told it needed rebalancing Needless to say it was done with no extra charge. I would say customer service is great but some of the guys there just lack some training or may be newer but the older dudes definitely seem knowledgeable. They were helpful and nice."

"It was a slow, but Great Experience! George special ordered my tires, Chris, Shondra, and Carlos followed up with me. Fantastic price on the installation. Installer was Magnificent!!! Used Neversieze, balanced, and a proper Torque wrench. Spent $1,150 and would do again. Everyone was Very pleasant. Printer needs attention, as well as computer. Internal issues with both. Overall, would highly recommend for a quality service"

"There is never anyone at the counter. Eventually I went home and came back hours later. Still no one. Was told to come back in the next day. In the afternoon was told there weren't enough people to do the work, because two guys went on break at the same time. That cheapskate billionaire Walton family need to start taking care of their employees and hire enough of them."

"The intake process wasn't good. I had an appt to install new tires I purchased online and had delivered to this Walmart. I arrived on time, but there was no clear location to park my car or wait for intake. I had to chase staff around to get attention. The worst part was that the system didn't recognize my order. The tires I had ordered were sitting there. I had an email receipt. But it was as if my order had been cancelled. I spent over an hour on the phone to Walmart customer service but they could not solve the problem. I ended up leaving without tires and with only a 'promise' that I would receive a refund. Walmart's online system for purchasing new tires is seriously flawed. I wasted an entire morning. That said, the assistant manager on duty was very helpful and apologetic and spend a lot of his own time on the phone with the Walmart customer service representative trying to work out a solution. Even with his help, and the help of supervisors on the other end of the line, it was impossible to correct the problem. If I needed tires that day, my only solution was to pay $98 per tire at the store for tires that I had paid $83 each for online. Minus a $25 promo coupon the service rep offered me. Unbelievable that they couldn't have simply honored the price I paid online, much less recognized that I had already paid for the tires any they were sitting there. Walmart will have to pay for the tires to be returned. What an inefficient, messed up system."

"96% of the time this is how you will see the Walmart auto care center. No one is really ever over there. They will forget you have an appointment also or not Mark you in there calendar or computer system for your appointment."
