"This place is actually decent for the area, the person handing your vehicle at intake was nice and she was accommodating, kept me updated through the whole process and made sure I was fully prepared and updated when it came to part or two being delayed or back ordered. "Trustworthy/Integrity The person who hit my vehicle didn't accept liability for a while and Fix Auto San Jose advised me not to bring in the vehicle yet as I might end up paying for the repairs. They think in the best interest of their customers. Exceptional Customer Service Sabrina was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the whole process of the repair, and went above and beyond in explaining how the insurance claims work with them, and the rental. She'd even follow it up for me for both insurance and rental. As they were working on my vehicle, I'd receive a status update from them via text message which was convenient. Flexible I'm only available via text messaging and after 3PM. I appreciate them working around my tight schedule. Quality/Reliable/Dependable The team members who worked on my SUV were prompt, did a thorough inspection and returned it to me all newly washed and clean. They also offer a lifetime warranty on their work. I had a pleasant experience. If you want peace of mind, let Fix Auto South San Jose take care of your needs."

"The absolute worst experience I've had in a long time. Folks here are friendly alright but communication here is very poor in terms of keeping the client up to date on status. They never call me or update me when there are delays in the finish time. I don't have rental car coverage and I need to arrange for getting to work each day. Because they said it would be done Tuesday initially, I decided to stay home to pick up car and go to work after. Of course no updates and when I called after 12pm to check, I was told it's been delayed due to some part not arriving on time. Then was told Wed as expected completion. No one called me Wed either. I called Wed to check and was told they'll check for part delivery. I asked to call me to update. Yep you guess it, no call back on Wed. Now it's Thurs. I called just now and they told me they couldn't find me on the record! Not my name or my phone number. Then put me on hold for 10mins and then dropped my call. I called back. Put me on hold for 10 mins and dropped call again. I called back 3rd time. They acted nonchalantly and the same person acted like she knows which car now. I was told I will be called back to get an update and they can't talk to me yet! I've waited for more than 20 mins with being told they have no record of me! This place is a mess to say the least. They still have my car and I now question if the work will be poor also. I have zero trust left. Maybe seeing this review, I might even be retaliated and they might even hold my car hostage longer... Who knows I just have to write this review to warn others about communication issues. I trusted reviews and went to this place."
