Livermore Ford Service

"During a simple wiper blade recall service I experienced terrible customer service from Livermore Ford Service. It took 3 separate appointments and 5 hours of my time over 4 weeks to finally get the recall service completed. This should not happen for a 30 minute fix. The Service Rep was not considerate and although I called their Service Manager and left 4 messages about what happened and asked for a call back ... I never received a call back from that Service Manager at Livermore Ford. I do not recommend them."

"150 brought in for a oil change on a weds. Needed work. Ordered incorrect part, not notified for 2 days. Of course the expensive extended warrant was not covered. Will not ever bring in any cars in again. Bad customer Service"

"Dropped off my truck at 8:30 for an 8:45 appointment that was to take Approximately two hours for factory recalls. At 12: 00 they told me 15 minutes, 10 minutes later we are sorry butt we need 1.5 hrs more and you will have to bring truck back we don't have all the parts. You had two weeks to get part the work was factory recalls."

"They rip you off, diagnoses of my cars air conditioner was 800 dollars, along with a oil leak and front ball joint. They diagnosed the air conditioner and still no answer what was wrong with it. I will never go there again. The young lady was very nice."

"After keeping the my brand new car in body shop nearly two months they returned the car in terrible condition. They promised to fix all damages, but nobody called me back."
