"Just called them to get my air conditioning compressor changed and the person who answered the phone stated, "ah no sir we don't work on that one." Are you kidding? A simple compressor replacement? Something I can do myself (bad back though) and this "auto repair shop" can't? The guy wasn't even friendly nor asked questions. He was very quick to say no."
