"Stubborn and horrible customer service by the owner. I had my oil change there. Shortly after my car sounded very loud. I went back to get it checked and the gentlemen said everything looked good (this was when I figured it was a mechanical issue). After a few weeks of getting other opinions everyone said it looked good. I then discovered it may be the oil (my car takes synthetic). Assuming they put the wrong oil I went back. I went back to see if they can change the oil again and the owner argued with me. He kept arguing that I can't prove it is the wrong oil because I am not a chemist. He finally agreed to change my oil, but forced me to watch them change it. He had the nerve to explain to me step by step what they were doing (I guess in his eyes people don't have common sense). After finally changing the oil he told me not to come back. After a few miles my car sounded great again."
