"I wanted to try this place after seeing all the good reviews but the expectation was far from my experience. When I showed up to my appointment, I said hello and smiled, Kurt gave me a dirty look and walked away. He didn’t even acknowledge me as a human being. When I tried asking questions, he seemed irritated and snapped at me. It felt like racism. I don’t know what his problem is but he has terrible customer service and should be put out of business. Kurt is extremely rude and impersonal. He’s a con artist and marks up the price from what other places charge. Do yourself a HUGE favor and do not waste your time or money on this jerk. After my first impression of Kurt, I will never go back to his shop again! I’m so disappointed."

"On our way to Monterey bay aquarium from Sacramento, we noticed our battery light came on (alternator went bad) we stalled out and called the nearest shop. Kurt answered and said he can get us up and running after lunch time. We made it to his shop right at noon and got our car up and running in an hour and a half!!! Bonus is it was $300 less than what he thought it would cost too!! Kurt and his guys are absolutely so amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful!!! We are currently on spring break and have our kids cousins with us (6 kids total) and Kurt managed to get us up and out and to the aquarium with plenty of hours of fun!!!! Thankyou so so much Kurt!!!!!!! We owe you our 2023 spring break memories!!!!"
