"Had a positive experience when I took my car into Capital Mazda. My representative promptly met me at my car as I drove in. She was pleasant, got my mileage after which time she took me to her desk and ascertain why I was there. Ensured me that it would take between one and one and one half hours for my car to be ready, since I was getting a minor service and I was waiting. She was right on target. After which time she checked me out. A really good experience. I will be taking my car back for my next service."

"I am never disappointed about the level of customer service and general experience I have at Capitol Mazda. Super efficient, I never feel like I am just sitting around waiting for my car to get looked at. Scheduling is easy, and everyone (from the scheduling desk person to the mechanics) are lovely. This time, my service manager went above and beyond to help me look at my key fob for a different Mazda than the one I brought in for maintenance. He was super helpful and really went above and beyond! My only suggestion is that the dealership improve the waiting room.I usually like to wait for my car and their setup is really tired. Especially compared to the one on Steven's Creek. It's not enough to stop me from buying and maintaining my cars there but it's just something that would make it extra nice."
