"After the local Toyota dealership ripped off my elderly mother replacing her alternator, her Sienna started overheating. I came into town to help and called Nick at NT, since it was the last straw with the dealership. Nick took the car for the afternoon and discovered the dealership and their certified mechanics had forgotten to reattach the power to the radiator fans after they dealt with the alternator.
