"First off, I'd like to say that i waited two months for him to even just look at my car. We finally scheduled an appointment. Then i took my car there to tell him what I would like to do to the car. We had a list of many things to go over. He said he would give me an estimate after looking at what my car. He would email me a quote. The email never was sent. I then proceeded to wait another two weeks without any response. So, I had to ask him if he had been done with his quote. He never took time to email any quote. He was very rude as well. He then quoted me for some minor work as if he forgot entirely what I was bringing the car to him for. It was some major work including multiple leaks. I basically had the car sitting for three months from our scheduled appointment to the end of our meeting. I Was willing to dump a significant amount of money but he seemed more interested in doing small jobs it seems. He rushed our morning time as well when I was willing to leave the car there so he can give me a proper quote and start the multiple things I wanted done to the vehicle. Poor communication, and he is very arrogant. I took my business elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time. Thanks for nothing!"

"I called Pros Plumbing last minute to see if I could get a service call scheduled for that day because my water heater had developed a leak and I no longer had running hot water in my house. My call was answered and I was able to get an appointment at 6pm which was perfect because that when I usually am home from work. Dan arrived at my place on time and he looked over the water heater. He made a few evaluations and came to the conclusion that I should get it replaced. Dan's quote for the water heater was very reasonable and he labeled out what everything costs on his end so I could see and feel comfortable about my transaction. When it come to the actual work he was in and out within 3 hours. Overall, Dan was very friendly and seemed upfront and honest. I would only recommend Pros Plumbing and Rooter if you're looking for a good plumber."

"Rob and company are great! I brought my derelict 370z to Z Car Garage after years of daily driving and stubborn issues. Z Car Garage took care of all the requested maintenance, an unexpected water pump failure, and handled the troubleshooting dealerships have milked me for for years. They solved the my 40ths' issues (P0300 specifically), and ultimately found the dealership's poor work to be at fault! My Z is a completely different car now and I drove it from Oakland CA to Charleston SC in 2 days and 10 hours with no issues and had a blast! Thanks again to Rob and Z Car Garage!"
