"I cannot say enough good things about Roger Krause racing. They have great prices and I don't go anywhere else for tires. Years ago I used to go to Tire Rack, but haven’t for years. They go a great job, mounting and balancing tires. I’ve never had anything out of balance and they’ve never damaged any of my wheels. I think they have started doing alignments again so if you need a track or autocross alignment they do great work."

"They got a flat tire while test driving my car. The tires were new but they refused to pay the cost of replacement, only to offer to repair it for free (one employee wanted me to pay for half of the repair). When I complained about it they they were very rude and told me that I should take them to small claims court to get a new tire."
