"This is the 3rd time I’ve experienced a Major inconvenience. Today 3/8/24 one of the service guys with tattoos said he didn’t want to proceed with doing the differential fluid because he didn’t want to strip the bolt because it was hard to get to. I took it to my mechanic and he showed me a picture showing me the newly damaged bolt now I have to get a new bolt and have my mechanic fix it. The 2nd time was when I went there to do a transmission fluid which took a 1 hour to drain and refill . The 1st time I had to drive off because they were letting people cut in front of me and serviced them first . #Ghetto"

"I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes with their online coupon at CV location for years, but today was rather exceptional. Not only did I receive fast service, but the entire team jumped into action when I arrived and got to work on my car immediately. Everyone was kind and professional. I even let them drain my transmission fluid, an additional service I normally would turn down, just because I appreciated how they were taking care of me as a customer. While I was in the waiting room, I watched an older man being talked to with kindness as well and he also added on an extra service, no one was pushy or tried to upsell him things he didn’t need. They didn’t just treat me as a priority, they treated everyone with this same level of care. I’ll be back and until then I’ll be sending others their way."

"Come in for an oil change. Got a $20 discount for full synthetic oil change. They show me air and cabin filters with out pressuring to replace. Decent wait time, they offered coffee and water. So far so good."
