"I’m not that type of person that leaves reviews. The last review I gave was 4 years ago. Stress Free replaced my transmission about 800 miles ago. My disappointment with them only reflects the service I got not the quality of the repair . I have 3 issues with the service I received: 1) Texting is their preferred way of communication and I understand how convenient texting can be. However personal conversation on a phone is sometimes much easier to explain issues. I feel they don’t understand how important this personal touch is. 2) Jon, my service contact, would not listen to my concerns and kept cutting me off, because of him I will not return to the Castro Valley location. 3) Without my approval they replaced my license plate covers with their logo license plate cover. I explained to Jon that I did not give them approval. He kept arguing that I did."
