My Experience : Kevin is very direct, straightforward individual who likes to say things once and do what he says perfectly. if you were to just drop off the car keys without telling anything I am sure Kevin’s technicians would inspect all aspects just like they would do in a factory and let you know if something has to be replaced /report issues. They don’t upsell. Use genuine OEM parts . And go by manufacturer recommendations. Very honest service center. He explained me all the checks done during billing. "Called about getting a smoke test done on my vehicle due to a evap leak. Was answered by a gentlemen who was very rude and was not knowledgeable on the subject. When I asked if it was possible to get it fixed he said yes. But when I brought the idea of just getting the test done and then myself installing the part he said not possible. Why would that be the case? I still need a service done but just don’t want them to do the actual repair. Very bad business model of not being helpful to car owners who would like to work on their own car."
