"I have proof my technician took my car on a joy ride during my most recent service and when I asked them after my visit, while stating that I have proof, they lied to my face and the person working the register at pickup as if I don’t know what I’m talking about with my own car. I buy my tires from you guys and thought I could trust you with respecting my car as a loyal customer. I guess I was wrong in placing my trust in your shop and if I incur any long term damages to my engine because of the abuse it undergoes while having routine work done at your facility I expect wheel works to pickup the bill. I blew out a tire on my Tesla Model Y and had AAA bring my car directly to the Cambell location. Without an appointment, they were able to replace two of my tires and get me on the road within an hour!! All with smiles from the whole crew.
