"Women in particular, do not take your car. Unfortunately, Jay preys on women... he thinks ALL women are not auto mechanically inclined and take advantage. He uses a lot of auto terms and says (charges) things that aren't relevant to the job. He charges dealer prices...go to a car dealership and pay their high prices...at least you'll have a professional guarantee."
