"Brough my car in for new tires, 30k service and replacement batteries in my keys. Got my car back, paid $1600 and drove away. Turns out they replace the batteries in my keys, and didn’t even top off the windshield washer fluid to boot."
"Overall unhelpful, made several mistakes, and lied about their timeline. Bad time. I called to order a glass to replace a broken window. They insisted they can only tell me if it's in stock if I tell them the VIN rather than the make/model/year of the car. With the VIN, they quoted me a price, said it'll be 1-2 business days. I called to follow up to make sure they put the order in and the parts department repeatedly sent me to voicemail and never returned my calls for two days straight. The service department was also super unhelpful and said the 1-2 business days started when they put in the order rather than when I paid for it and they waited an entire day to do that. Nobody seemed bothered by that delay. 3 full days after I ordered the window they called and said it arrived but they ordered a part for the wrong car because they got the VIN wrong. Then they said it costs 3-4 times as much as what I paid and they'll *generously* offer me a staff discount to take it down to 2 times as much as I paid. They also said they'll rush the order and *generously* waive the fee for that since they ordered the wrong part. It arrived FOUR FULL DAYS after I ordered it and the entire time my car just didn't have a window. No other shops I called had the glass I needed, otherwise I would've gotten a refund and I'm planning on avoiding this location as much as possible in the future"
"Came here for an oil change and tire rotation service. I was able to set an appointment with my service advisor Bryan in the morning. He made sure he was ready for me when I came in and got me in and out quickly. He make me feel valued during the whole interaction. He said it would take end of day for the car to be ready but was able to help me get it done a lot sooner than estimated. The service and experience I received from Byan is beyond 5 stars. Would definitely come back to him for my future services."
"Honestly one of the best experiences I've had with a dealership/service center. 100% would go back and trust them with my vehicle. The staff, and specifically Bryan, were all polite, considerate, and real/honest. Brought my 2021 Mazda 3 in for several issues and most of them were addressed and fixed under warranty. Had a few issues along the way, but Bryan and his team were all very good about communicating the issues and helping to mitigate them. Some issues included: - No loaner vehicle available for burning oil issue, but they followed up and scheduled service when one did become available (understandably out of their control). They topped off the oil at no charge until I could bring it in for the fix. - Issue with squeaky brake pedal not fixed, but due to no fix being available from Mazda. They did however do their due diligence in diagnosing the issue, and making sure the issue was logged so I can still claim it under warranty later on when a fix does become available (even if I'm out of warranty). - Rattling in exhaust was discovered to be a piece of wood that got lodged in the undercarriage, which they "fixed" at no charge! Great communication, honest feedback and advice, and no shenanigans like I've experienced with other dealerships. Bryan and his team are def the reason why I would go back."
"Generally decent service only if you need routine maintenance like an oil change. anything else be ready to have all documentation that something is wrong. they consistently deny any issue when you tell them and then they’ll charge you a $300 diagnostic fee to not even diagnose the issue correctly. this has happened on several occasions even if my car remains under warranty. my third party mechanic told me that i had a leaking rear shock, mazda didn’t believe me when i brought it in, until i showed them pictures taken by the mechanic. it was promptly replaced. i have had issues with my steering, for two years they still have said nothing is wrong and the issue persists. pretty frustrating experiences all around."
