"Short version: I took my 2002 VW into Zuffenhausen on January 29. They told me that there was an oil leak and that the valve cover needed to be replaced. On June 25, A MERE 5 MONTHS LATER, the exact same problem occurred again!! Since I'm not local (I live in Los Angeles) I called to discuss the matter with Zuffenhausen. They didn't offer to do anything to rectify the situation! Clearly, I couldn't bring the car back to them since I live 300 miles away. I was hoping that they would offer something since they do guarantee their work for up to 1 year. Nothing!! I paid $700+ in January and just spent another $500+ to get the same repair done again. BE CAREFUL THAT YOU'RE GETTING WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR!!"
