"Fell short on service here once. I get you’re overwhelmed sometimes but c’mon guys. I love my Subaru, but not the service I’ve had. The tech are great, service desk not so much. I had to check with the dealership service desk while waiting for my vehicle on a question they needed to ask me which was holding up my car. Proper service would call you or at least walk over to where you’re sitting in the same room to check in on that. Can’t imagine how long I would have been sitting waiting if I hadn’t gone up there to ask myself. Left a sour taste"

Paul called in a few favors and they got it calibrated a day earlier than expected. Debbie handled my loaner car pulled together all the invoices in one place for all the services rendered to make it easier to submit to my insurance company. I salute them for a fantastic experience.
