"Just went through the drive through. Only 2 cars in front of me yet took 20 minutes. Not even faster than sit down. Got my food, they gave me half of what I asked for. Asked for honey mustard and they put every sauce in EXCEPT honey mustard to make the bag feel heavy. Then I opened my 2 measly slices of chicken (should’ve been 4) and there’s a hair in it. I can’t even go back to ask for more because the line is 10 cars long now and I don’t have 2 hours to burn. Awesome"

"Drive thur is very slow. Very pricey (like every other fast food place). If you want dome tasty pricey chicken. This is the place to go."

"It took 35 minutes to get our food. They served everyone in line behind us first. When I asked about it the lady in the front was very rude. Finally decided to get a refund and then our order was finally ready. Food was cold. Will definitely try a different location next time!"

"I ordered 3 twelve pieces on my way home from work. I was offered a drink cup when I was told I would have to wait an extended period of time for a small order. Very considerate gesture. I was drinking & refilling my WATER cup for the second time with tea when the manager, Zuly, yelled loudly & rudely from behind the counter, 'SIR YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT!" She continued to loudly disrespect me in th establishment as I began to pay for the WATER cup that was offered to me for my wait. Her actions were discriminatory, unprofessional, & completely out of line. Embarrassing, rude, & not fit to run a Popeyes! I Will NEVER purchase from THIS Popeyes again! Head to anyone but this one. No respect for customers. I would advise everyone to avoid this Popeyes! Communication & respect for customers is clearly lacking at this location."
