"I've tried to give this location a chance, but both times I've ordered an online pickup, my orders were wrong. The first time, my club sandwich was missing mayonnaise. Second time, I placed an order for two different 6 inch subs, but received only one."
"Best subway! There was a long line and one of the workers (im assuming she was a manager) was very appreciative and then gave me a free cookie for the wait. Made my day!"
"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came here for a sandwich and I ordered the teriyaki Chicken the shift manager started to put ingredients without asking me. When I asked what she was doing she became argumentative with me and she was not worth my time. So I decided to walk away. It is not worth your time or money with people who work in this industry. Beware about this happening to you!"
"Do not go here! There are plenty of other sandwich places to eat at. The staff is very unpleasant. I don't think they are happy. The corporate policies are not customer service oriented anymore. It seems they are more interested in profits rather than customer satisfaction. In the past, customer satisfaction meant better profits due to repeat business etc. I guess that is not the focus anymore. Just like big corporate moguls, it seems they just don't care about the average customer. Who cares about you when there are thousands more that will come. Unfortunately, for them, unless it changes, Subway will just be another business gone under. But they probably don't care. They've made their fortune!"
