"Very delicious Coconut Shrimp plate. I came here with my family that was visiting out town. This place had a live performer singing. Your right by the water front and close to the ferri ride. My family enjoyed the food we purchased and all had different style of food. Mexican food was on point and my Dad loved his salmon plate. You definitely would want to make a reservation because seats are limited. I sat on the outside and temperature was like 73 degrees"
"Come for the view. Stay for the food Deal with the service. Overall enjoyable. Really great views. Food was pretty good but the service was a 1/2 step behind. It was worth the extra time to just sit and people watch or take in the views while we waited. The green dipping sauce that came with the Coconut Shrimp was really (really!) good!!"
"Warm friendly welcoming. We ordered shrimp fajitas, perfectly fresh and cooked lightly just right. Also shrimp tostaditas. Delicious Mojito, flan too. Most beautiful bayview seating!"
"This was my 1st visit to Costa Azul. The restaurant itself had a great atmosphere. Also the views were nice. Our large group sat outside on the patio area, which was pretty. I ordered the chimichamga, which was a normal chimichanga... There was nothing special about it. I had requested the jalapeño cheese sauce on the side, which it was. However, when I tasted the sauce, it lacked flavor & did not taste like cheese at all. I ordered a drink as well, which was decent. Lacked liquor. The young woman next to me ordered the chile relleno, which was grilled... not fried... she stated it lacked flavor. The appearance of both of our plates was terrific & looked really nice. At the end of the evening I went to use the restroom and it was pretty dirty. Not only that, it really smelled. In all if you want dinner this place is nice. I wouldn't re-visit just to re-visit. Also, if you want to pay separately, you can't they only could take 3 cards, and we had about 7-10 credit cards"
