"You're the second Carlos Jr that I've gone into that has a kiosk to self-order. Both experiences have been pretty dismal. I definitely do not like to use the kiosk too small. If you like us to use the kiosk more, have on the first screen, the pictures of the combos and specials that you're running on your windows outside."
"What kind of Carl's Jr. doesn't have BBQ sauce? The older hispanic man, possibly the manager, needs to reconsider his job in customer service. He has such a heavy accent that he will get upset at you for not understanding him. The burger bun was flat like someone stomped on it. The bacon was not even cooked... it was chewy. Seriously just drive down the street to mcdonalds or Starbucks than here."
"Was looking for a quick lunch stop. Carls is typically not a terrible choice. Food was not fresh, but that's to be expected. It did the job, but the food could've been warmer. Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger w/ small fry."
"Best staff. Once again best staff. Unbelievable, service everyone deserves a raise ... And i know Hardee's/CJ's can afford it. They were super busy but still found the time to accommodate in a timely fashion. Not only was the service good but the food was prepared and cooked perfectly. The place is super clean always, if you think of Jack or Denny's or anything else get out of the state."
"Ordered the hand breaded chicken (#11 on the menu) with cheese and no pickles. Recieved an undercooked chewy chicken pattie that was not edible, no vegetables at all, and with bacon which it was not supposed to have. I could not eat the sandwich. The criss cut fries were cold. Love the jalapeño poppers though."
