"Defrauding customers, using a fake name. It's just the Chili's kitchen and staff. No in-person ordering, no inside pickup, anything they can do to hide that the brand is empty inside. It only exists so people think they aren't at a Chili's. Phone orders don't work and the site is buggy. It would only take a "by chilis" in the name to make this all ok, but no, this is so blatantly fake it's not even funny"

"The wings were just okay and a bit dry. We ordered 32 wings with four different flavors. Two flavors were good. One okay. But the Louisiana Rub had zero flavor. That was very disappointing."

"I have no problem with not being able to call but at least give an option to request crispy! Especially since your wings are soggy which completely ruins it for me. I can imagine extra crispy is one of the most common requests for wings so why are you holding out if all you do is wings. Baffling to me"

"Tried to order online, kept getting unexpected errors. So I call, can’t place order over the phone. so I go to the Chilis location it says it works out of. They don’t take in person orders. So the only way to order is through door dash which adds a service charge to pick your own food up. Hard pass."

"The regular wings are Just subpar, soggy Wings. Most wings were a good size, with okay sauce, but there's absolutely no way to contact them. I wish I could have asked them to cook them more for some crisp, but their phone number is just a recording stating exactly that. If you try the one in Clairemont, please know it is at Chili's and you pick it up from their To-Go spot. They don't specify that clearly enough. However, I did try them one more time. This time I ordered the smoked wings and they were crisp. For those wings, I just wish they had more BBQ options. Regardless, go with the smoked wings."
