"It has been a long time since I have needed to use the towing service portion of my AAA membership!! I immediately noticed a huge improvement in the customer service phone service!! Which is now much more user friendly and a lot easier to get connected to a representative instead of the robot to schedule the towing service!! As usual the J&L Towing company was right on the job and arrived in a quicker time than was expected! Which was good since the repair shop that my vehicle was towed to closes early on Monday !! Absolutely impressed with how I was notified on the driver's progress as I waited, let me know when he arrived so if I chose to I didn't haf't to be right by the car. I was not looking forward to having to call for service because of the past interactions with the employees at AAA insurance office, there rudeness and total disrespect was shocking and I will never do business with them again. "Was not happy to be broken down and stranded. Via AAA, j&l towing sent first class, unparalleled service in the form of driver Mike, and a flatbed car hauler. First thing he did was make me smile. Cheerful, polite, knowledgeable, fast, he even engaged in conversation. Nicest and friendliest tow truck person I've ever met in my life. Made what was an otherwise lousy situation not so bad.
